They offer a comprehensive range of legal services to a diverse array of clients, including large public and private entities, government agencies, and individuals. The Firm is seeking a Commercial Lawyer with experience in Technology, IP, Data and Privacy law.
The position focuses on the following:
- Engaging and diverse workload in Technology, IP, Data, and Privacy law.
- Working with clients on drafting commercial contracts and other arrangements regarding licensing, technology, IP and data issues
- There is an advisory component which requires up-to-date knowledge and familiarity with Privacy, IP and Australian Consumer Law
- Deals with Australian Consumer Law and Corporations Act matters.
- Market leading salary range - $120,000 to $160,000 | 3-6 years PAE

- The role will see you work with an Award-winning General Counsel in the IP-Data Privacy space and a friendly, energetic corporate and commercial team.

- 3-5 years + PAE
- Experience in drafting commercial contracts and other arrangements regarding licensing, technology, IP and data issues
- a commercial, client-centric approach;
- an interest in business and the business of the clients with whom you work
- Sound knowledge of data and privacy lawyers, as well as general corporate and commercial law experience
