Along side the day- to-day menu, the venue offers tradie lunch specials and seniors menu, with daily specials and chef specials.
Qualifications & experience
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
- Food Safety Handlers Certificate
Tasks & responsibilities
- Day-to-day kitchen operations
- Maintaining standards set by the Head Chef
- Preparation of ingredients/ recipes
- Cleaning of the kitchen as required
- Assisting in training of apprentices
- Assisting the Head Chef with daily specials
- Assisting in catering services
