We have something to suit everyone's tastes.We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Nobu team.In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Demonstrate an enthusiastic approach for work within a large team
• Assist the Senior Chefs with the daily preparation and service of food
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards within this very fast paced kitchen.

About you
You'll bring the following:

• Working knowledge of HACCP
• Similar experience as a Commis Chef
• Specialty in Japanese cuisine highliy regarded

QualificationsCertificate 3 in Commercial CookeryAdditional InformationTo be successful, you'll be able to:

• Work around a 24 hour, 7-day week roster including weekends and public holidays.
• This role requires a Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery.
