Experienced Qualified Chef/s required to work at a busy pub just off the M1 at Yalata/Beenleigh Area in Northern Gold Coast. This role will see you work under our Head Chef & Sous Chef as part of a highly efficient, friendly and professional team, the position is fulltime for the right applicant after probationary period successfully completed.
Experienced Chef Must have pub/bistro experience as we are a very busy food business, must be experienced in Breakfast Cooking, as we operate on Sunday's from 8am serving Al la carte Breakfast. There are hours available through the week during the day and nights, flexible working days are required.

Responsibilities and duties for this role:
- Preparation and cooking for breakfast service
- Cleaning of kitchen and dishes (assisted by all rounders)
- Work within a friendly team
- Daily menu prepping and stock rotation
- Stock ordering
To be considered for this role YOU MUST:
- Minimum 1 year Experience as a large Pub/Tavern Chef
- Have the right to work in Australia
- Food Safety Certificate
- Have a MINIMUM 1 YEARS in a similar cooking role with references
- MUST be available to work 4 or 5 days per week including weekends
- Be a team player
- Previous experience with menu planning and prepping
- Highly organized and efficient
- Current Driver licence and reliable car. (No Public Transport)
