We are currently looking for a full-time Commis Chef to join our team.
We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Pastry Kitchen to participate in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of pastries and confectionaries for the hotel, unsupervised according to the Shangri-La Sydney standards and procedures.
A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is mandatory for all positions.
You will be provided with strong guidance and the opportunity to grow your career in a friendly and harmonious work environment.
You will be paid on an hourly wage basis under the Hospitality Industry General Award 2020.
You must have full time work rights in Australia.
Student Visa holders will not be considered, as we require full-time ongoing employment at this stage.
