- Responsible for the smooth execution of your allocated work-station
- Follow directions of the senior kitchen team
- Advise management of all stock requirements
- Conduct on-the-job training and mentoring for Cooks and Apprentice Chefs
- Certificate in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- Flexible availability to work mornings, nights and public holidays
- Previous experience working in a busy high-end kitchen
- The ability to effectively and efficiently coordinate and work as part of the team
- Have a "can do" attitude and willingness to learn new cuisines and techniques
