The Star Gold Coast is where relaxation seamlessly intertwines with thrilling entertainment.As a Commis Chef team at The Star Gold Coast, you will be given the opportunity to work alongside some of the best Chefs across one of our many outlets!A few of your responsibilities:

• Responsible for the smooth execution of your allocated work-station
• Follow directions of the senior kitchen team
• Advise management of all stock requirements
• Conduct on-the-job training and mentoring for Cooks and Apprentice Chefs

What are we looking for:

• Certificate in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
• Flexible availability to work mornings, nights and public holidays
• Previous experience working in a busy high-end kitchen
• The ability to effectively and efficiently coordinate and work as part of the team
• Have a "can do" attitude and willingness to learn new cuisines and techniques
