Mergent Group are seeking a Commissioning Manager to support key project completions with a top tier mechanical contractor. Specialising in complex commercial and industrial applications, they are considered one of the leading mechanical services contractors in the local market.
There is a significant forward order book of projects including hospital, commercial & industrial works, and as the Commissioning Manager you will be required to prepare commissioning plans, manage your respective teams and execute projects.
Your role
- Prepare and review commissioning plans.
- Review relevant design documentation and technical specifications to manage commissioning and construction teams accordingly including subcontractors.
- Run regular planning and progress meetings.
- Collate and record commissioning test results to produce the commissioning report.
- Ensure all documentation including statutory documents are available at handover.
Your experience & qualifications
- Proven ability to manage external stakeholders and present confidently & clearly to articulate information.
- Effective and efficient time management capability.
- ‘On the tools’ recent relevant experience and the willingness to act as a Team Leader.
- A relevant trade certification or tertiary degree qualification.
- NEBB certification preferred.
