What we are looking for
- An experienced, collaborative and resourceful internal communication professional to join a multidisciplinary People and Culture Team
- An exceptional communicator, with strong influencing capability and diplomacy at all levels with the credibility to provide counsel and advice to all levels of a business
- A passionate individual who can translate complex issues into engaging communications that provide individuals with what they need to know
Your day will include
Implementing our internal communication strategy in close consultation with the People&Culture team and key stakeholders
Managing our internal communication channels and launch of our intranet (manage ongoing education, adoption and communication through the platform)Designing and delivering creative and high-impact internal communications campaigns that engage our people with our strategy, brand and culture and drive active involvement and behaviour change
Advising Senior Management on Internal Communications Strategies on message positioning and most effective way to engage with team members on specific topics and initiatives
Evaluating the effectiveness and impact of our activities, and managing feedback for continuous improvement
Collaborating with the People & Culture team, Chief of Staff and wider organisation giving you the opportunity to work on exciting initiatives to truly broaden your experience.
Appropriate tertiary qualification in Communication or similar field
A minimum 3 years’ experience in an Internal Communication or similar role
Proven experience of leading Internal Communications and Engagement of teams with working knowledge of internal communications strategies, approaches, tools, techniques, and channels
Excellent relationship, stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels with the credibility to provide counsel and advice to senior executives. Experience of providing critical yet constructive feedback as well as challenging when needed to build trust
