  • This role is permanent full time, based in IKEA Logan.
  • You have the availability to work one late night per week and one in three weekends (both Saturday and Sunday).

Team vision ( title) About this work areaTeam vision (text) As Communication & Interior Design Manager your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead, coach and develop a high performing team that actively contributes to the unit goals, whilst securing succession.
  • Play a pivotal role as part of the Senior Store Management team and act as a commercial business partner to proactively contribute to the local and national business plan and growth plan.
  • Create and secure the visual identity of the store and play an active role as the creative director to inspire our customers and co-workers through home furnishing.
  • Secure and champion inspiring range presentation solutions, an optimal store layout and effective and efficient store communication that builds the IKEA Brand and distance IKEA from the competition.
  • Lead and secure the implementation of local and global solutions within the store in collaboration with your team.
  • Build and deliver the IKEA retail foundation whilst contributing to establishing and strengthening test and try.
  • Support the store operationally and be responsible for Duty Manager shifts in store where required.
