Summary
About Hyatt:
Hyatt Regency Sydney is Australia’s largest upscale, full-service hotel with a total of 878 rooms. Located in Sydney’s vibrant Central Business District, the hotel offers panoramic views of Darling Harbour alongside award winning food and beverage outlets, conferencing and meeting spaces.
The Role:
As a member of the Guest Services team, you will report directly to the Front Office Manager and work closely with a team of Guest Service Officers. You are a valued colleague who has a vital role in our communications hub. As a first point of contact, you will respond to all internal and external phone calls and promptly attend to guest requests and hotel enquiries. In this role, you will uphold high standards of customer service as a service ambassador for the hotel.
Our Expectations Include:
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Advance written and verbal English skills are essential.
A professional and warm phone manner
Strong time management skills and high attention to details and accuracy
Excellent computer skills, experience with OPERA PMS preferred but not essential
Proven ability to work as a team player
Full availability to work a 7-day rotating roster
Must have full working rights in Australia and currently live in Australia
