About the Role
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, our Communications Agents are responsible for the efficient and courteous delivery of all communication services to external callers and in-house guests.
Our Communications Agents:
- Attend to all incoming calls, both externally and internally.
- Record and distribute messages, or redirect enquiries accurately.
- Provide attentive and accurate information spanning a variety of areas from in house services, to local attractions to reservations enquiries, to name a few.
- Ensure a professional manner with all correspondence, ensuring communication is represented in line with Hotel standards.
