The NSW based Communications & Engagement team is currently looking for Senior Consultants, Associates and Senior Associates to deliver current projects and lead growth in the Transport, Energy and Water infrastructure sectors.
Secondment opportunities also available.
The location is hybrid between our client’s Sydney CBD office, with the option to work from home 1-2 days per week.
What you’ll do
Lead and support complex, multi-disciplinary engagement processes, specifically for transport infrastructure projects
Support the development of communications and engagement materials for internal consultation
Draft communication and engagement plans, key messages, speaking notes, agendas and FAQs
Support the facilitation of workshops
Work with senior staff to capture and help articulate program benefits
Identify new opportunities, contribute to project pursuits, coordinate and proposal writing to win tenders and grow the business offering
Provide overarching review and technical input to projects, with a strong focus on quality
About you
You’re likely to have 5-10+ years' strategic communications, stakeholder and community engagement, project management and (some) leadership experience.
You will also bring:
Optimism and energy
Experience in infrastructure project or environmental approval communications, specifically in transport or water sectors
Exceptional skills in planning, organising and driving operational excellence
You have an appetite/talent for developing and enhancing relationships, securing growth and future workload through the pursuit and winning of new work
While we see previous consulting experience as highly desirable, experience in local government, the state public sector, or a Minister’s office will also be an advantage
