Ideally you will have:
- Industry Experience: worked in an FMCG organisation or the consumer goods industry, preferably within a multinational company.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Internal Communications: Previous experience managing internal communications, either from an agency or a corporate setting, is valuable.
- Stakeholder Relationships: You should be adept at developing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and have the ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Adaptability: A flexible approach to work, with a willingness to diversify your existing skill set and innovate our ways of working.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills, including the ability to plan in advance.
