The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for implementing the marketing and communications plans to support acquisition, optimisation and retention of clients to and for CPA disability services.
This role is a 12 month contract located at our head office in Allambie Heights with some WFH days.
Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):
- Participating in the understanding and analysis of the market opportunity to determine segmentation, value proposition, key messages, and primary channels
- Developing and implementing marketing plans for key services and primary segments
- Writing and editing compelling content that brings to life the value proposition for targeted audiences to drive leads/enquiries from existing and potential clients
- Translating marketing plans into acquisition campaigns to meet agreed growth targets across client services
- Developing and executing a multi-channel approach to building engagement to ensure the messages reach and resonate with the target market
- Acting as a business partner to one of Client Services streams to ensure a responsive approach to needs
- A degree or relevant qualifications in marketing and/or communications
- Minimum 4 years' experience in managing communications and marketing functions
- Good written communications skills across a variety of channels including website, blogs, social media, client communications, digital campaigns
- Good knowledge and use of the latest digital marketing tools and platforms
- Innovative and curious - always looking at new and better ways of developing and delivering content
