The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Communications Officer, with a love for production, advertising, marking and social media content? In this role you will have command over, Production and delivery as the creater, producer and director!
Our Federal Government client operates a leading-edge learning and development hub (Academy) for all staff working to advance Australia’s interests internationally. The hub enables a continuous, career-long investment in skills and capability for all officers in Australia and overseas. This important role is responsible for developing communications strategies, plans and products to advertise the curriculum to target audiences (internal staff and into the broader Australian Diplomatic community).
All candidates applying for this position must be an Australian Citizen and have a current Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance, or higher.
Key responsibilities include:
- Plan, design, develop and deliver communication products across a range of platforms including the intranet, Academy website, X profile, Learning management system and newsletters.
- Work with the Department’s communication area to develop promotional material (including online publications) on learning and development programs, for a wide audience.
- Draft and publish content on the Academy website, intranet and for presentations.
- Engage and develop products including or with graphic design, video production in the Academy studio.
- Work with internal clients to develop communications products, branding, and program announcements.
