A leading government agency is seeking a skilled Communications Manager to assist with the creation and implementation of a business readiness plan, considering IT deployment, data migration, and capability deployment. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication throughout the change management process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with designing and delivering communications collateral, global training sessions, and workshops.
- Promote the adoption of strategic initiatives with a user-centric approach through innovative communication products.
- Monitor and report on business readiness targets, training activities, and operational metrics.
- Communicate with partners and vendors, offering support and guidance to meet customer requirements.
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry training with more than 5 years of experience.
- Experience in ICT infrastructure and services definition, particularly within the Defence industry.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.
