Expect all this and more when you join Linfox.What does the job look like?We are seeking a passionate entry level Communications and Marketing professional to join the Corporate Communications team based at our Essendon Fields head office.Reporting to the Corporate Affairs Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the team with the planning, development and execution of internal and external marketing and communications.You will be responsible for developing and coordinating a broad range of hands-on communication tasks, including researching, writing, editing, and executing high quality content for internal and external audiences. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders and suppliers to design communication collateral in line with the communications strategy and.

• Support research, writing and editing of strategic communication projects internally and externally.
• Support the management of Linfox's online presence including website and social media.
• Support the management of reactive media as well as internal campaigns and ad hoc communications.
• Provide general support to the Corporate Communications team, as well as the wider Linfox business community.

Are you the one?You are a Communications and Marketing professional with a background in copywriting, proofing and editing, and experience with presenting information to a range of audiences. You have a natural ability to forge strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, can manage multiple tasks and work within a fast-paced environment. You are dedicated to learning and thrive in an environment where you continue to learn and develop. You can demonstrate:

• 1-2 years' Communications and Marketing experience across agency or inhouse.
• Experience developing engaging content, and proofing and editing existing content.
• Tertiary level qualification in Marketing & Communications.
• High level written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms/content libraries.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of SEO principles and WordPress highly regarded
• Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, LinkedIn required.
