Role Overview
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for organising client folders, conducting regular audits, and managing administrative tasks such as record maintenance and data entry. They will coordinate meetings, assist in organising client activities, and provide backup support for the Program Assistant.
Additionally, the candidate will manage agreements with external providers, respond to information requests, and ensure resource availability. Staying updated on policies, participating in education sessions, and prioritising safety practices are integral to their responsibilities.
Please note that this role is based in Victor Harbor SA.
About the Person
We seek an individual with strong teamwork, administration, and Microsoft Excel/Word skills, committed to quality service and continuous improvement. They excel in multitasking, possess good customer service, and have experience in aged care, demonstrating proficiency in various software applications.
Apart from this we ask that you have the following:
- National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
- 3 x COVID vaccinations
- Influenza 2024 vaccination
