We are seeking energetic and motivated Community Care and support staff to join our team in ther Castlemaine and Bendigo Regions . If you are interested in working with a diverse range of community-based clients, this could be the role for you.
Do not apply if you do not hold a qualification relevant to the position. Minimum expectations are Cert III Individual Support. This is a great opportunity for Nursing and Allied Health students to learn while studying.

The ideal candidate(s) will be reliable, engaging and have a can-do creative attitude with clients and office staff.
You will be expected to provide a mix of the below supports:
Assistance with personal and self-care
Assistance engaging in the community.
Attending appointments along with transport
Meal preparation and shopping support.
Light domestic tasks that ensure clients remain living safely in their home (changing bed linen, dishes etc.).
Skill development, motivation and prompting.
You must be able to provide detailed support notes and follow up as necessary.

Essential Qualifications (please read before applying)
- Minimum Cert III in Individual Support, Cert IV in Disability Support/equivalent or currently in 2nd year University study in either Nursing or Allied Health
- National Police Check- must be within 3 months
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Hold a current minimum Level II First Aid Certificate & CPR (maintained annually).
- Working with Children’s Check – Paid Work
- Immunisation record- must have full COVID-19 vaccination and booster status
- Must have a roadworthy vehicle and Australian Drivers Licence
- An appropriate Smart Phone for access to roster application, HR and Online learning platforms.
- The ability and motivation to work across 7 day roster.
