About the role
Working within the leadership team you will lead, motivate & develop your clinical team ensuring that a high level of person-centred clinical care is provided to all homecare clients.
Utilising your excellent communication & leadership skills, you will provide overall clinical guidance & advice to clients surrounding their clinical care, undertaking case conferences & assessments ensuring care & lifestyle needs are met & maintained.
Having previous experience with the completion, review & updating quality audits, identification of clinical risk & ensuring adherence to compliance standards to ensure service levels are met and maintained.
Summary of duties
- Provide overview & guidance on clinical care & advice to staff & clients
- Review, update & accurate completion of relevant documentation
- Review & completion of funding process
- Motivation, training & development of clinical team members
- Recognise areas of Risk & improve on compliance & quality indicators
About you
- AHPRA RN registration with experience working within a leadership role
- Experience with staff education, development and motivation
- Experience with completion of HCP & NDIS funding processes
- Quality improvement & accreditation knowledge & experience
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
