•    Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Community Education initiatives, providing reporting and making adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.
•    Cultivate strong relationships with community stakeholders and partners to support ongoing collaboration and support for LifeFlight's community training initiatives.
•    Where necessary, assume responsibility for delivering or assisting in the delivery of courses or programs

About You

With demonstrated previous experience leading and managing a team, you will also have the following skills and experience:

•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
•    Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
•    Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and address challenges as they arise.
•    Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach to building and maintaining relationships.
•    Driver’s license and willingness to travel to communities throughout Queensland
