Community Education Officer - Admin Assistant

Royal Life Saving WA is a not-for profit organisation, serving the community as the largest provider of swimming and water safety in our state. Our purpose is empowering our community to be safe when they are in, on or around water and leading efforts to reduce the impact of drowning.   

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Community Education Team full time. In addition to great customer service skills, you’ll need to be able to work independently in a busy and dynamic environment.  

What you’ll do:

• Administration and data processing of training courses including issuing of qualifications, invoicing and data entry. 
• Communicate effectively and supporting the RLSSWA community trainers network 
• Event planning assistance with professional development sessions and recognition events  

What you need:

• Well-developed interpersonal skills
• Customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Teams)
