We are offering a unique opportunity for a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Community Services Trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training and assessments for Certificate III & IV in Community Services in a workplace setting under traineeships and classroom students. The training will be conducted through TAG operated RTO; Australian Business and Vocational Training (RTO ID 52592), involving both theoretical instruction and practical activities.
This position presents an exciting pathway with the potential to advance into a leadership role overseeing a team of Community Service Trainers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training and assessments for Certificate IV in Community Services within workplace traineeships.
- Deliver theoretical and practical lessons tailored to meet the needs of trainees.
- Provide engaging and informative classroom instruction for Certificate III in Community Services students.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the training team to enhance course materials and delivery methods.
- Prepare and update training resources as needed.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Community Services (minimum Certificate IV, Diploma or higher preferred).
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Industry experience in Community Services or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with students and colleagues.
- Current knowledge of vocational education and training practices.
