Position requirements:
In this role, you'll implement the National Quality Standards aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework. Your capacity to identify and nurture the strengths of both children and your team, coupled with a dedication to upholding the ethos, purpose, and values of One Tree Community Services, will underpin your success. Your strong leadership abilities, adept knowledge of frameworks and regulations, and prior experience as a Room Leader, position you as a vital contributor. Additionally, you'll assume responsibility as the key person at the service.
Successful applicant will possess:
- Minimum of CERT III/Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent
- Demonstrated 1-2 years experience.
- Solid understanding of Early Years Learning Framework.
- Have strong communication skills with parents, staff and community organisations'.
- Valid Working with Children check.
- Clear National Police Clearance
- Be living and eligible to work in Australia.
