Applications are sought from suitably qualified Health Care Workers to work in the Community Nursing Team at Echuca Regional Health.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide, safe and effective hygiene care as part of the clinical nursing team
- Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice.
- Act as a patient advocate
- Actively participate in in-house education and training programs
- Practice within a professional, ethical and evidence based nursing framework
Our team requires someone who has:
- Proven experience working in community care provision
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skill
- Formal qualifications
- High level interpersonal skills
This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check and (where relevant) provision of a Working With Children Check and check on the Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme prior to appointment. In addition, this position requires evidence of vaccination status for COVID-19.
