What You'll Be Doing
The Receptionist is pivotal to the operations of Mental Health Community Services, taking responsibility for:
- Greeting consumers and visitors, answering phones, taking messages, coordinating appointments
- Managing day to day operations including room bookings, office supplies, medical records, mail, data entry and meetings
