Someone who is looking to grow and further develop their career with an organisation dedicated with giving back to the community. As a Community Outreach Nurse Schools, you will report to the Manager of the Paediatric and Youth Hub and work with the paediatric nursing team. You will be place based into a school within the Latrobe Valley, where you work with the school wellbeing team using the principles of early intervention to improve the educational outcomes for local children.
