We are looking for a highly motivated Registered Nurse who is looking to make a difference in the lives of local children. Someone who is looking to grow and further develop their career with an organisation dedicated with giving back to the community.
As a Community Outreach Nurse Schools, you will report to the Manager of the Paediatric and Youth Hub and work with the paediatric nursing team. You will be place based into a school within the Latrobe Valley, where you work with the school wellbeing team using the principles of early intervention to improve the educational outcomes for local children.
To be successful, you will require;
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing
- AHPRA Registration
- A Victorian Drivers Licence
- A current Working with Children Check
