Community Physiotherapist (Western Suburbs, Sydney) ACM Healthcare has partnered with well establishedAllied Health Care provider/NDIS that exist to understand their clients lifestyle and utilize a proactive and holistic approach to reach health goals. We are searching a for passionate, dedicated and highly motivated Physiotherapist to join their team. You use a holistic approach and implement strategic exercise plans for clients in a community. Engage with participants and their families and provide clients with the abilities to flourish and live a more joyful life. This company values their employees providing work/life balance in conjunction with a fun, friendly and close-knit team with a wonderful culture.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Providing physiotherapy treatment and assessments independently - includes exercise prescription, pain management, incident analysis. Conducting initial assessments within medical centres and the patient's home and develop an active, individualised treatment plan. Reassessing patients to monitor progress and adjust their program as needed. Simple admin tasks and session note writing. Flexible role with the opportunity to progress to full-time work ABOUT YOU 2 years experience, however new graduates are welcome to apply Working in the community sector is your passion You want to improve our client's independence through your longer term commitment.
