- We provide input mainly for Home Care Package clients, as well as Privately funded clients
- We focus on giving quality time and care to clients, as well as a fun and engaging experience
- For our staff: No KPI’s – just 2 Senior Clinicians providing support as often as required
About the Role - Overview
- Work as a Contractor and get paid a great rate for all the work you do
- Superannuation and Workcover Insurance provided
- You can work any days/hours you choose
- When you are not seeing clients, your time is your own
About the Role - A Normal Day
- Therapy sessions usually take place at a client’s residence – but may be at their local gym, park or swimming pool
- We deliver tailored 1-hour sessions, usually involving ‘hands-on’ treatment and exercise therapy
- Some time may also be spent completing mobility aid assessments, as well as communicating with family members, Care Coordinators, Suppliers etc.
- All admin is complete using Cliniko (easy to use appointment/notes system)
Skills and Experience
- Experience working in Aged Care / Rehabilitation settings would be of benefit
- Confident communicating with key stakeholders
- Ability to work independently
- Patience, maturity and positivity
Required
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and AHPRA Registration
- Driver’s licence + well maintained vehicle
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
Willing to Obtain
- National Police Check
- First Aid and CPR certificates
- Evidence of COVID/FLU Vaccinations
