About the role:
The Community Program Coordinator will be responsible for driving key activities to expand an exciting new program, Energy Saver, and set it up for success as well as support our existing grants program. You'll be building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders in the expansion of this program, onboarding partners, embedding effective processes and, monitoring/reporting on progress. Once the program expansion is complete this role will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities on the program including detailed reporting to track against agreed outcomes, compliance, spend and continuous improvement.
In this role, you'll be:

• Integrating Human Centred Design (HCD) insights into process improvements ahead of program expansion
• Fostering relationships with key internal and external stakeholders crucial for the program's success
• Managing and updating the program's procedures as required and ensure any retail processes and procedures are updated by the relevant teams
• Developing reports using existing database of information and track progress against outcomes and rebate certificate management with governance

Ideally, you'll bring to the role:

• Demonstrable experience in similar role within a professional environment
• Experience in the energy retail industry, particularly in roles that required interaction with vulnerable customers or energy efficiency programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Stakeholder management experience
• Data analysis or reporting skills with Excel and/or Power BI experience is highly desirable
