The role will be deployed across inner and outer Melbourne metropolitan areas. You must have your own reliable, registered and fully insured vehicle to travel to Participant homes. McArthur Community Care will re-imburse you 0.96c per kilometre for your travels.
You will:
- Conduct home visits to assess and interact with NDIS Participants, their carers/support people, our disability workforce and sometimes other providers
- Support and mentor the workforce on the job
- Revise/update care and support plans in our Client Database System
- Provide competency based training to the workforce as required
- Liaise with head office staff closely around service needs/requests/risks
- Liaise with other external stakeholders as needed/applicable/required

Must have:
- Current AHPRA Nurse Registration with relevant experience in the Community setting
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance number and expiry date
- Current Drivers Licence
- Working With Children's Check - valid and expiry date
