If you feel you have lost your 'spark' and want to get back to delivering personalised nursing care to your patients this could be the opportunity for you. Due to expansion of our services in NSW, we have casual and permanent positions for experienced Registered Nurses across the South Sydney region including areas such as Hurstville, Engadine, Cronulla and Appin. to join our new community team to work across a 7-day roster. The hours we can offer span between 7.00am and 5.00 pm and offer family friendly flexibility. As well as working in the community there will also be an opportunity to do telehealth admissions working in the comfort of your own home.
What will set you apart from the rest?
As a RN, with previous experience working in the community, delivering a broad range of nursing care and interventions, you are comfortable working autonomously with a patient centred approach.
• Current drivers’ licence & reliable vehicle
• 2 Years’ recent acute experience & ability to spot client deterioration
• Experience in PICC care/dressing/removal
• Chronic wound care experience is a bonus as well as cannulation skills
• Competent IT skills/literacy
