About the roleThe Child and Family Health Nurse is an integral part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team working in partnership with parents/carers to promote the health and development of the child and the wellbeing of the family unit from the birth of their child until the age of five years.
The role would include home visit appointments, 6/52 baby checks, immunisations. You would work closely with Aboriginal Health Workers, Allied Health, Schools and other Medical Practitioner’s.
