We are looking for a proactive and energetic individual to work in Sunnyfield's Community Hub team in Tamworth.
About the Role:
As a Support Worker in our Tamworth hub, you will play an essential role in supporting and empowering people with disability to live a life of their choosing. Working in both a team environment and independently, you will play an integral part of assisting our clients to engage in our after-school program.
Key focus:
Provide support to our clients with diverse learning needs
Support the development of differentiated learning activities
Develop positive relationships with our clients and families
Maintenance of progress notes and record-keeping
About you:
If you are a retired Teacher OR a current Teacher looking to get into the disability sector OR a SLSO who has helped students with disabilities, we would love to hear from you!
Flexibility to work Monday - Friday
High levels of enthusiasm, initiative and a positive attitude while acting with integrity, honesty and respect
Ability to prompt and encourage our clients with personal and hygiene care
