About the Role Our client located in Belmont requires a Support Worker to assist with community access & activities of daily living. He enjoys gardening, golfing & social engagement.Personal Care assistance including supporting with daily hygiene
Providing support in everyday activities around the home including meal assistance & domestic duties
Community Access assistance including use of Support Worker vehicle to access the community for social engagement, appointments and outings.About You As an experienced Support Worker, you will bring with you an attitude and approach that is client centric. With the client's needs front and centre you will have/be:Knowledgeable & passionate about supporting individuals with their needs & activities they enjoy.
NDIS Clearance, National Police Check & Current First Aid & CPR
