The Organisation
We are a value-based organisation: we work with heart, to create opportunity, operating with respect, to build a community. These values run through the core of each decision for each person we support.
One size doesn’t fit all…especially when it comes to our people
We believe that no two people are created the same. Each one of our clients is an individual and deserves to be supported by someone who shares their interests whether it be sports, dance, movies, books (to name a few!). We want staff who are as individual as the people we support – so we want to know who you are and where your passion lies so we can provide a great match for our clients and for you.
