Overview
Home Care Packages are funded via the Commonwealth Government to support consumers who require higher levels of support to age safely in their own home for as long as possible. Home Care Package is consumer centred so supports are designed around what the consumer requests to remain independent in their home and within their allocated package level of care.

About the Role
We have a great opportunity for Community Support Workers to make a real difference and feel like an important part of the community by providing direct care services to aged, frail or disabled clients, wishing to remain living in their own home with some assistance.
The Community Support Worker will report and record general observations on individual clients, identify and provide diversional therapy needs in accordance with established programs.
Eligibility
Applicants must have completed an AQF Certificate III relevant to the position. Previous experience dealing with aged, frail or disabled clients essential.
