About the RoleWe are searching for passionate
Community Support Workers to join our
Mounties Care Team. There are multiple opportunities available - casual and live-in Care Opportunities!
- Accompanying clients during daily activities running errands and going on outings
- Food preparation and shopping
- Assisting in personal care and hygiene such as showering and dressing
- Performing household tasks such as cleaning, washing and folding clothes
- Providing social interaction and companionship
- Transport to appointments
- Live in Care services (for the right candidate)
About YouThe ideal candidate will ideally have:
- Hold a Certificate 3 in Individual Support or similar qualification - essential
- Previous experience in aged care or disability – at least one year
- Hold a COVID-19 Vaccination
- Current Police Check – or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Cert including CPR – or willing to obtain
- Must have own car & relevant insurances
- Dementia care qualification – desirable
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
