Our services enable people to be a part of their community and maintain their independence for as long as possible.
Our most valued asset is our Support Worker, who in turn service the needs of 100s of Home Care clients in South East Queensland.
We are now recruiting for Support Workers on the Sunshine Coast.
Your new role
Working on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, our Support Workers provide services to our Home Care clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their health, happiness, interests and choices, based on their individual needs and goals.
This can include:
- Domestic assistance
- Personal care
- Assistance with meal preparation
- Engaging in social activities
As a Support Worker with Flexible Living, you will enjoy:

It would be great if you have or are in the process of obtaining:
- Flexible availability to work various shifts across various days
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Blue and Yellow cards (NDIS Screening)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations in line with current requirements (or willingness to obtain).
- A current driver's licence and fully insured and reliable vehicle for work purposes
