As a Support Worker in our Community Services area, you’ll work closely with aged care clients and people with a disability to help them live the lives they choose in their own homes and local communities. You’ll get to know your clients well, understanding their needs, preferences and aspirations, so you can support them to achieve what’s important to them.

- NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate “Quality, Safety and You”

Remuneration:
You will be paid in accordance with our Collective Agreement with a pay rate between $29.0625 - $30.2160/hr depending on your qualifications and previous experience. There are additional penalty rates for weekends, overnights and public holidays. Sleepover allowances start at $101.30 for a weekday sleepover to $126.63 for a weekend sleepover.
