You will play an important role in maintaining payroll records, administering payroll transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Process fortnightly payroll accurately and on time using our payroll software
Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity
Prepare and distribute payroll reports as required
Respond to payroll-related enquiries from employees and management
Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and issues
Qualifications, Experience and Skills Requirements
Relevant qualification in Payroll, Accounting, or Finance
Experience as a payroll officer or in a similar role
Strong understanding of payroll principles, practices, and regulations
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong organisational and time management skills
