Our client is a leading manufacturer of poultry products, with 2 facilities that work 24/7 and employ over 500 staff members working across varied shifts!
This busy, thriving environment would ideally suit someone who has experience in payroll/finance, has great attention to detail and can hit the ground running.
Duties will include:
- Preparation of weekly timesheets, including Kronos manipulations and running Kronos reports for the business to allow the approval of the timesheets to meet payroll processing.
- Processing change requests resulting from business in relation to Time and Attendance
- Managing T&A queries, supporting the site with any issues regarding hours worked and other employee data
- Investigating and rectifying any T&A data discrepancies
- Interpreting awards and Enterprise Agreements to ensure that employees are paid correctly.
- Preparation of manual time and attendance adjustments, including allowances and leave payments.
- Act as a point of contact and respond to T&A enquiries in a timely and accurate manner, escalating matters as required.
- Assist with training Supervisors and Managers on how to better utilise the Kronos System
- Candidates with timekeeping experience (Kronos experience an advantage)
- Current driver’s license and own reliable transport

- Knowledge of current Time and Attendance systems
- Knowledge of Enterprise Agreements and Award governed
