Position
As a Payroll Officer you will play a crucial role in the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our 350 + employees.
You will be responsible for handling all aspects of payroll administration, including but not limited to:
- Processing of weekly payroll for employees via ADP Payforce
- Utilising Kronos Real Time to ensure all employee timesheets have been submitted and approved
- Responding to internal and external enquiries in a timely manner
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory payroll, financial, taxation and legal requirements
- Maintaining accurate payroll records and reports
- Financial reporting and month end payroll functions
Criteria
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- Proven experience as a Payroll Officer with an outsourced function
- Experience using ADP Payforce and Real Time
- Advanced MS Office skills
