We have a unique opportunity to join a leading Not-for-Profit as a Company Secretary reporting to the CEO and the Board. This role will be responsible for facilitating the company's corporate governance processes and hold primary responsibility for providing advice to the board, committees, CEO, and executives on governance, legal and compliance. The role will be available as either a full time or part time permanent opportunity (4 days per week) located at our Head Office at Coolangatta.

The role:
- An ability to establish, build and maintain effective and cooperative and positive working relationships with senior stakeholders and the Board.
- Demonstrated current or previous relevant experience in a company secretarial role.
- Highly developed communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal.
- A solid understanding of corporate governance principles(Corporations Act/ACNC).
- Strong attention to detail and sound organisational skills.
- Experience facilitating General Meeting /Annual reports and specifically member relations.
- Manage projects as delegated by the Chair or CEO.
About You:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Law or related professional management discipline.
- Well-presented and approachable.
- A highly organized / administrative mindset.
- Experience in working within a complex, highly regulated industry such as aged care.
- Flexible and adaptive to change.
