The role: The Assistant Company Secretary (Insurance) is responsible for providing high-quality support to the Corporate Secretaries and Head of Corporate Governance. This includes providing executive-level administrative support, managing and undertaking preparation and administration of Board and Executive meetings, attending and minuting some forums and supporting the Head of Corporate Governance in ensuring corporate governance compliance relating to the Insurance Australia business. This is a great opportunity for professionals with experience as an Assistant Company Secretary or Personal Assistant background looking for the next challenge! This is a full-time permanent role is based in our Toowong Head Office.
