Lantrak has an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Administrator to join our HSEQ and Compliance team.
Lantrak operates in the waste and civil construction space, with the largest fleet of earthmoving trucks in southeast Queensland. Lantrak is a family built and owned business that prides ourselves on delivering excellent outcomes for our client. Our contractors are an important part in achieving great outcomes, so it is vital that you are able to positively communicate and work with our vast contractor base.
This is a fulltime position based in our Ormeau Office. Reporting to the Safety Manager, the position of Compliance Administrator is an integral role within the HSEQ team. The primary role of the Compliance Administrator is to assist the HSEQ Team with administration duties required for monitoring, collating and responding to compliance monitoring related tasks. This will primarily include chain of responsibility (COR) monitoring for the logistics business.

Qualifications & experience
- Advanced Microsoft office experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- High attention to detail
- Strong ability to multitask, meet deadlines and balance priorities
- Beneficial if you have previous experience / knowledge of heavy vehicles, especially in the civil construction or waste industry but not essential.
- Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills, relationship building, be passionate about the health and safety of people.
- Must have full work rights in Australia
Tasks & responsibilities
- General administration
- Frequent communication with our valued contractors
- Ensure our contractors remain compliant with all relevant documentation
- Maintain Lantrak monitoring of contractors Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
- Support the HSEQ team in ensuring compliance with Lantraks safety management systems
- Assist teams with continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with HSEQ and Compliance reports
- Auditing
