A knowledgeable and experienced Compliance Administrator is required to assist the team with end-to-end administration support. Your new role 
Reporting to the Senior Compliance Analyst, you will be a key support for the Quality, Risk, and Compliance team. The main purpose of the role is to deliver exceptional administration support with a positive and professional disposition. Some of your key responsibilities will be:

Assisting with managing and coordinating the management of the approved supplier register and supplier approval process for new and existing suppliers

Analysing, recording, and reporting of Public Liability Incidents across Australia.

Attending client meetings where required, draft minutes and follow-up action items to ensure timely delivery;

Managing and coordinating the management of the approved supplier register and supplier approval process for new and existing suppliers. 

Conducting due diligence on all proposed suppliers and ensuring ongoing compliance.

Providing monitoring, reporting, and general compliance support to the team and the broader business.
