With over 200 years of real estate experience, we are, and always have been, in continual pursuit of brighter ways of working.JLL’s global Work Dynamics business partners with clients across industry sectors to enhance the performance of their real estate portfolios and people.Through a comprehensive global service delivery platform, Work Dynamics provides a diverse range of services, strategy and digital solutions that address the entire real estate cycle on a local to global scale for more than 500 clients across 80 countries.What this opportunity involves:Responsibility for the overall co-ordination of IFM Facilities Management services across JLL Corporate Business accounts and transitions, including the management of JLL systems, providing advice to JLL FM teams, vendor supervision, auditing and ensuring compliance related reports and meetings are provided and undertaken in a timely manner .Responsibilities include special projects, audits, health, safety, security and environment, vendor management, Emergency Response and provision of reports and oversight of compliance across JLL Corporate Business.Main Responsibilities:Operations Management
- Manage timely production of all regular reporting requirements
- Manage the use of JLL technology systems to support service delivery; standard operating procedures; benchmarking and best practice etc within JLL Corporate Business
- Recommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement Industry best practice across JLL Corporate Business Accounts
- Ensure full compliance with all local and governmental regulations and legislations
- Ensure risk management programs including risk registers and audits are implemented and maintained across JLL Corporate Business Accounts
- Ensure that Health Checks are undertaken across all JLL Corporate Businesses and finance accruals are audited and remain under a maximum of three months
- Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are implemented, maintained and tested
- Ensure accuracy of escalation and incident reporting procedures
- Assist in the development of guidelines and strategies to ensure compliance with JLL’s business conduct
- Ensure all JLL Corporate Business accounts comply with the JLL Sourcing & Procurement guidelines
- Oversee and report on JLL Corporate Business accounts and their vendors performance and delivery of services within those accounts
- Ensure vendor OnBoarding by accounts is undertaken within the guidelines of JLL Corporate Business
- Ensure that agency and/or principle vendors comply with agreed client procurement guidelines as well as JLL’s best practice
- Ensure that the vendors & their sub-contractors are supervised, audited and meeting minutes are conducted in line with JLL Corporate Business risk management processes
- Assist in maintaining JLL Corporate Business database for vendors
- Ensure the provision of a safe working environment
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards
- Ensure that transitions and JLL accounts are provided with suitable training and information to comply with JLL’s best practice in HSSE requirements
- Assist, from time to time, to lead projects and ensure business improvement and best practice across JLL Corporate Business Accounts where required
- As the Operations Point of Contact (POC) attend Transition Meetings and other required meetings that occur
- Assist and have overall co-ordination and response to transition requirements
- Liaise with Sourcing & Procurement, FMOD and JLL personnel as required and ensure a presence at country level with the accounts
- Liaise with the local client on local matters as required
- Raise local issues/ concerns as required so they can be addressed
- Contribute to the Risk Register relating to any specific country items
- Participate in Change and Comms as instructed by the Regional team
- Assist with Day 1 Readiness requirements
- Assist with Day 1 onboarding and go-live and establish country team collaboration ensuring the team is connected back into the local business
- Make sure JLL have a Leadership “presence” at go-live at the country level
- Act as the POC for any other country specific requirements (internal and client facing)

- Proven client relationship management skills
- Knowledge of commercial understanding of contracts and deliverables within
