Your team
The Compliance Incident Team(CIT)is responsible for providing specialist compliance Incident Management support to all business functions within Hollard and assessing for reportability of matters to our Regulators.
Duties and responsibilities
- Provide compliance Incident Management services to business stakeholders to ensure compliance incidents are managed effectively, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Representing the Compliance Function in incident triage processes and ensuring holistic coverage across Hollard by engaging relevant business stakeholders to manage incidents.
- Co-ordinating the breach assessment process with relevant business stakeholders.
- Co-ordinating the breach reporting process with relevant business stakeholders.
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Line 2 Compliance role or similar function.
- Must have supported the business to manage compliance incidents.
- Good working knowledge of the regulatory compliance landscape (APRA prudential standards, Corporations Act & Regulations, ASIC Act and Regulatory Guides, Insurance Contracts Act, and the GI Code of Practice).
- Hand-on experience in coordinating the breach reporting process with relevant business stakeholders is required.
- Experience within General insurance is strongly preferred.
